Hi, can someone tell me good replacement for my 18-105 VR 3.5-5.6. I need as much as sharp. Or, if some add-on (like some filters for that lens) could help.

I also have 70-210 (105-300 on DX) and If possible to make at a little wide?
Possible?

I am amateur photographer, so any suggestion would help. I check many forums and Kenrockwell site, but I would like to place my question on this one.

i would like to suggest you the Tamron 17-50mm Built in Motor for D90. trust me, its super-speed!

I agree to uchin! otherwise the lens you  already got 18-105 VR is the best zoom lens you can go for. Is as good as 16-85 VR.
